Driven by my passion for discipleship, I completed Level 1 Training and became a certified coach. I moved to Socotra, Yemen, where I met a local man of peace. On my second trip, I established a simple gym and began training other coaches. After completing my mission in Socotra, I returned to the UK, rented a space in Brighton with church funding, and launched a studio gym with my wife. In the first year, we scaled our gym three times, financially supporting our local church. Now, our gym boasts over 100 members, employs six full-time workers, and makes an annual net profit of over $100,000. We’re preparing to open a second location in 3rd quarter of 2024.

As a small gym owner in Abuja, I completed Level 1 Training in May 2023. With new knowledge and tools, I expanded my gym’s impact and income. On a business consultancy call, I shared that my revenue increased by 283% after applying what I learned. Driven by a passion to serve my nation, I approached the Nigerian Customs Department with a proposal to train their officers. My offer was accepted, and now I conduct training sessions at their facility, promoting Optimal Health Methodology.

When my daughter was tragically kidnapped and thankfully rescued, I was driven to action. Motivated by this ordeal, I attended Self Defense Level 1 Training and learned the strength with purpose. Starting with a small group in my neighborhood, my impact quickly grew. A company requested training for 30 female employees, and soon after, another company with 200 employees sought my services. Eventually, a multinational company with 2,000 female employees requested training. Growing my business enabled me to support my family and create jobs for other coaches. I continue to serve my community, transforming lives through optimal fitness education.

As a former professional rugby player, I discovered my identity in Christ through missional fitness after meeting a local coach in a gym. Inspired, I completed Level 1 Training and chose to be baptized in a local lake. I later baptized my wife and shared the gospel with our entire household. Now, amid the challenges in Ukraine, I’m dedicated to transforming lives through my service. I educate coaches locally and globally, leading fully attended classes. Through Meaningful Fitness, I’ve achieved financial security and continue making a significant impact. I’ve mentored eight coaches, providing employment opportunities at other gym locations.
